Brand Communications Specialists
Our practice is strategic brand communications. Our specialty is hometown hospitals.
Non Urban Hospitals face unique challenges as they fight outmigration to the big city hospital up the road.
The lure of “bigger is better” is a siren song to many in these communities, leading to significant outmigration numbers and millions of dollars leaving their community for services they could have received at home in the local hospital.
We’ve helped more than 160 hometown hospitals all across America to reduce outmigration and increase market share with field-tested strategies and marketing and measurement tools a hospital needs to be successful in the fight.
We begin with a market audit that includes on-the-ground research, an assessment of your hospital marketing environment and a strategic marketing communications plan with budget, timeline and detailed media recommendations. It continues with weekly strategy meetings, conference reports, status reports and updates…and of course an account team of strategists and creative to provide daily guidance and support to our hospital clients.
The plan is supported by an array of marketing tools we have developed over the years including our unique, online Hospital AdBank with over 2,500 marketing pieces readily available for one low monthly subscription. Read more about AdBank on this website as well as our other marketing tools including My Hometown Health consumer magazines, SmartSite websites, GRAVITY data analytics, FastER Wait Time APP, DigitalSMART and more.
We are a full service advertising agency with expertise in all of the necessary print, electronic and digital media including websites and social media. So as we develop a plan for the tools and strategy you will need, we can also provide the creative needs to fulfill the plan.
Our desire is to serve you by becoming your ex-officio marketing swat team to deliver the results you need on time and on budget.
